After many years of traveling extensively, and working in many different catering facilities all over the world, from the most basic kitchens in the African bush to five star dining in several world class resorts. Canada became my home in 2002 where I have worked and lived in both Whistler and Pemberton.
With a love for anything sweet, a passion for baking and over 20 years of experience in the food and hospitality industry, it seemed only natural for me to head out and start my own business
"Annacakes" opened in 2012. Annacakes has now became "The Cake Kitchen" and I offer a much wider range of product, customized cakes and specializing in Gluten free and Vegan options.
